For remote workers worldwide; we now offer video based ergonomic consultation options. All you need is remote video access via phone, computer or tablet.

Group education sessions focused on improving employee health and productivity are available, with topics including ergonomics, micro-breaks, stretching and how to reduce eye strain and fatigue.

Our team will be reviewing & observing workstation setup via through video and/or photographs and requesting workstation measurements from end user which help us to Identify employee work techniques and work habit.

You will be coached on how to take workstation measurements (i.e. elbow height, desk height) to help adjust user to neutral postures.

We will demonstrate during the evaluation (thru Video or Photos) proper ways to adjust the height of user’s chair, keyboard, mouse, and discuss the correct distance the monitor should be placed from user.

Our team will then generate written report and provide product recommendations and suggestions (if needed) for each employee evaluated
